School Finance

The Schools Finance Team provides help desk support and assistance to schools on budgeting, financial reporting, receipting, banking, purchasing and GST issues.

The Team provides the School Resource Allocation Statement and processes the quarterly School Operational and Additional Resource allocations.

The Schools Finance Team is responsible for processing credit card and lease applications and provides advice on financial aspects relating to the Maze School Administration System.

While all staff are responsible for ensuring they are aware of and comply with Directorate financial policies and guidelines the School Finance Team are available to provide expert advice, and to facilitate training on all aspects of School Finance.
